The 1st Indo-Pacific Business Promotion Council Summit, held on January 24-25, 2025, marked a significant milestone in fostering regional collaboration and economic growth. This summit brought together influential leaders, industry experts, and entrepreneurs to share insights and explore new opportunities for cooperation across the Indo-Pacific region. Following this successful event, the Seoul Modest Fashion Festival took place on February 18, 2025, celebrating diversity in fashion and highlighting the contributions of modest designers. Building on this momentum, the upcoming Seoul Halal Trade & Economic Expo promises to further strengthen trade ties and promote economic partnerships among nations. This expo aims to showcase halal products and services, encouraging businesses to explore the growing halal market while fostering cultural exchange and understanding. Together, these initiatives underscore the commitment to enhancing economic collaboration and celebrating cultural diversity in the region.

1st Indo-Pacific Business Promotion Council

The Indo-Pacific Business Promotion Council (IPACBiz) held its inaugural summit on January 24 & 25, 2025, in Seoul, uniting key stakeholders from various countries across the region. This dynamic two-day event provided a unique platform for local businesses, startups, and professionals to engage with influential leaders, industry experts, and policymakers from India, Canada, the Philippines, Indonesia, the United States, Singapore, and more.

IPACBiz is committed to enhancing the industrial landscape of the Indo-Pacific by fostering meaningful business interactions and offering comprehensive support to enterprises striving to expand their reach and influence. The summit not only aimed to facilitate collaboration but also to inspire innovation and growth across diverse sectors, contributing to the overall development of the Indo-Pacific economy.

The festival served as a vibrant global showcase of creativity and sustainability, highlighting sophisticated, modest fashion from acclaimed designers hailing from Indonesia, Malaysia, Belgium, and Korea. The runway transformed into a colorful tapestry of cultures, with models of diverse races and nationalities elegantly showcasing designs that beautifully blended traditional modesty with modern elegance. A particularly impressive feature was the incorporation of recycled fashion, underscoring our commitment to sustainable practices and responding to the rising global demand for eco-conscious design.

Notably, the works from Gilson V Couture by Valerie Gilson from Belgium stood out, embodying a melding of innovative fashion with environmental responsibility. This unique approach not only celebrated artistic expression but also emphasized the importance of sustainability in the world of fashion.
